U.S. Soldiers Dead in Iraq

 

The names of the first 1000 U.S. Soldiers killed in the Iraq War were read aloud in a Candlelight Vigil at Dean Park in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, on September 9th, 2004.

 
 

The above photos were taken at the entrance to Dean Park in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, USA on September 9th, 2004, where a group of concerned citizens gathered to read the names of all 1000 fallen U.S. Soldiers aloud. With each name echoed the question : Why?
